Because treatment is not available for most serious illnesses in rural areas in New Mexico, residents with major medical diagnoses must travel long distances to Albuquerque for comprehensive healthcare services. This is a hardship for many of the families that stay at Casa Esperanza.
By becoming a Team Hope champion, you will make it possible for the families at Casa Esperanza to have food, a place to stay, transportation, needed support services, and the greatest gift-a healing space and hope. The examples below show how your money can help:
Provides a pillow for a resident to lay their head on at night
