The Casa Esperanza Endowment Foundation partners with local charities that accept vehicle donations but do not have the ability to host their own auction. Partnering with Give Hope a Ride is cost-effective, transparent and allows local charities to enjoy the benefits of a vehicle donation program without the administrative burden managing the full program. Our infrastructure allows us to share the generosity of the New Mexico community, further strengthening the power of partner organizations to fulfill their missions.

Why Should You Partner With Casa Esperanza?

I. As a social profit organization, Casa Esperanza understands the importance of transparency.

a. Your organization will receive a detailed report of the vehicles sold in that month’s auction with complete donor details and a breakdown of the costs associated with that donation.

b. Your organization will receive a quarterly statement recapping all of the vehicles sold in that time period with year-to-date sales data for your own reporting.

c. Your organization will receive an invitation to our annual Partner Charities Meeting that brings all the partners together to hear updates, changes and provide comment or feedback on programmatic processes.

II. Your donors are not only important to you, they are important to us.

a. Your donors will be provided with the same high standard of service we provide to our donors.

b. After their donated vehicle sells, they will receive a letter from us letting them know how much their donation sold for and highlight your charity as the recipient of those funds.

c. At the end of the year, Casa Esperanza will send your donor’s their 1098C forms for tax purposes, in your name.

III. Partnering with Casa Esperanza is easy.

a. Your organization will be provided with a detailed agreement which breaks down the fee structure for our services. On average, the partner charity will receive approximately 75% of total funds generated by the sale of the donation. Casa Esperanza NEVER charges for repairs or improvements to the vehicle.

b. Casa Esperanza will set up a donation page on your organization website so donors may submit their vehicle seamlessly without having to visit another website or call a different phone number. (There is a one-time set up fee for this service outlined in the contract)

c. Dissolution of the partnership agreement has no strings attached, and can be completed with 30 days advance notice, if necessary.

IV. Working together benefits the entire community.

a. As locally based nonprofit organizations, the work we do in New Mexico changes lives on a daily basis. By supporting each other, we support the well-being of all New Mexicans and set the example for a more unified community.

b. New Mexico charities need the money generated by vehicle donation to reinvest in their mission priorities. We are proud to give 100% of all revenue back to the nonprofit community in New Mexico. Transparent, honest, and dedicated defines the standard of the Give Hope a Ride program.
